We had the priviledge of participating in the 2007 Electro Music Festival in Philly this weekend.  We want to extend a sincere thanks for the invitation. Also, a special thanks to Tim Thompson for his visual work and Hong Waltzer for the photography.  We had a blast. New music on the site from that performance.

the fridge is down and the milk done soured.  no matter.  the mofo will be performing live at Philly's electro-music 2007 -- opening the festival on Saturday June 2nd @ 12 noon. 

tim thompson will be doing visuals for us.

artist in residence charles metzger will be filming the proceedings, in hopes of putting together a mofo documentary this summer.

the mofo has also joined forces with some other like minded folk for the initial launch of "the evergreen artists collective."

much happening.  the mofo did a very cool collaboration with the light surgeons, who are in the process of creating an expansive folklore multi media project in a bombed out building under the Brooklyn Bridge.  we watched a bunch of politically charged visuals while laying down some rhythm tracks under a strobe light.  wild.

we've been invited to perform at electro-music 2007 in philly.  we're opening the festival on saturday june 2nd @ 12:00 in the main theater.  video artist tim thompson will be joining us.


reverend mofo will be spinning some tunes and doing an interview on WUSB 90.1 on Thursday February 8th 2007 @ 6PM.

once again, the playing has taken a hard left turn.  there's some new live thrashing @ www.myspace.com/thereverendmofo 

and we're getting some more weird gear really soon.
